Port Blair, Jan 31: Mr. R Mohan, State President and Bharatiya Janata Party have deeply condoled the death of Lt Gen (Retd) Ranjit Singh Dyal, PVSM, MVC, former Lt. Governor of Andaman and Nicobar Islands who died on 29th January, 2012. Islanders will remember Late Dyal for all his wonderful works towards the development of our UT, Mohan says.
