Port Blair, Jul 18: Mrs. M Pappi Naidu Pradhan of Gram Panchayat, Hut Bay Little Andaman has urged to the Deputy Commissioner, South Andaman regarding providing of Boat service to Hut Bay.
In a letter addressed to Mr. Suneel Anchipaka the Deputy Commissioner of South Andaman, the Pradhan said that students who are studying at mainland such as Chennai and Bangalore are facing lots of problem due to lack of boat service to this islands, there examination may be started from 19th or 20th of this month along with a large number of our Islanders such as patients, General public etc. who went to Port Blair for various purposes, such as medical treatment and other domestic purposes have been stranded at Port Blair.
