Port Blair, July 06: In continuation of Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi and National President Bharatiya Janata Party Mr. J P Nadda’s call to spread awareness of forest conservation and to save the environment as part of Seva Hi Sangathan – II campaign of BJP.
Mr. Vishal Jolly Core-Committee Member & Former State President, BJP A&N Islands & Member of Home Ministry Advisory Committee, GoIalong with other Senior leaders, South Andaman District President Mandal Members and Karyakartha’s of BJP planted 101 fruit bearing and medicinal plants in Teylorabad and also planted 101 fruit bearing and medicinal plants in Beodnabad and celebrated Balidhan Diwas (23rd June) and the birth anniversary of Dr. Shyama Prasad Mookherjee which is on 6th July.
The event was organised by Shakti Kendra PramukMr. Raj Govind, Mondal President Mr. Sanjay Lal in Teylorabad village and Mr. Ram Das State G/S BJP, Mr.YagambaramState Incharge Tree Plantation, Shakti Kendra Pramuk Mr.Varadharajan were also spearheaded in Beodnabad village.
Addressing the gathering Mr. Jolly said that increasing the Green cover by planting plants &Trees is the best way to fight the war against Global warming and BJP party will do everything possible to lead the fight and provide Good environment for our people.
