Port Blair, June 08: As per information on 06 June 2021 evening local people of Small Lapathy village spotted a dead body floated in a fresh water pond of the village. Immediately information was given to Police Station Car Nicobar after which police recovered the body and the body was sent to Hospital for Post Mortem. Later the deceased person has been identified as Mr. Elizer Rufus, 54 years, a resident of Big Lapathy village. As per information due to stroke during bath he died. Further investigations are on in this regard.
