On the occasion of the Republic Day, I extend my warm greetings and good wishes to the people of Andaman and Nicobar Islands. I am proud to say that we are peace loving people from various castes, creeds and religions live in harmony here. We also have diversity in terms of culture, language, social norms, traditions and customs and is an outstanding example of unity in diversity.
On this occasion, I appeal to the people of our Islands to strive to make India a strong and prosperous Nation in the years to come.
