Port Blair, May 14: The vessel MV Coral Queen reached the port of Campbell Bay with the batch of passengers, who were stranded in Port Blair for a long time due to sudden Lockdown.
These passengers faced difficult times in Port Blair due to lock down and were forced to stay in lodges, hotels and other places with limited resources. The local Administration of Great Nicobar today welcomed the passengers by showering flower petals. The members of Youth Congress in Great Nicobar had parked their bikes near Jetty with placards thanking crew members of Coral Queen for their service towards the Islands.
The Up-Adhyaksh ZPSA Shri Gagandeep Singh Grewal, Pradhan GP Campbell Bay Mr. K Raja and District President INYC Mr. Rahul Singh has expressed gratitude towards the Administration for helping these Stranded Passengers of Great Nicobar Island.
