Port Blair, Feb 28: The 3rd anniversary of the popular English daily The Phoenix Post was celebrated at a simple function held at its new office premises in Junglighat on 27th February. Mr. G. Bhasker, Managing Director of Andaman Scribes Private Limited that owns the Daily, cut the ceremonial cake in the presence of the newspaper staffs and some well wishers.
