Today on a food searching spree we found out a place in Dollyjung called “Fish Carnival” which is a food truck and has a dine in space on the top.
What got our attention was its lightning and the huge crowd standing in front of it, so we thought to give it a try and we are happy and satisfied that we did so because being crowded at the moment the first thing was that their service was quite good and fast even the staffs there was very courteous and handled each and every customer very well.
Now for the food quality we must say that it was very good and especially their BBQ Fish and Tandoori Chicken which is their ‘USP’.
They have several other sea food and other delicacies also prepared mainly in Chinese and Continental style which also are quite good and tempting. We also spoke to the owner of Fish Carnival Mr. Vinay Shankar who is an Islander and he shared about his passion towards food industry and brining this concept of food truck to our Islands and for sure it will be a wooing experience for our tourist visiting Andaman Islands.
We suggest the people of Port Blair to visit Fish Carnival once to savour their delicious delicacies. It is situated currently at Dollyjung, Opp. to Hotel North Reef and its open from 5pm to 10pm.
