Port Blair, Jan 24: The Bharatiya Janta Party today announced to boycott the Lt. Governor’s Republic Day reception alleging biasness towards the Congress Party. However the Party today said that BJP will participate wholeheartedly in official Republic Day Function at Netaji Stadium.
