Port Blair, Oct 15: Andaman and Nicobar Rowing Association whole heartedly congratulates the rowing team consisting S/Shri Abhijit,Anuj Das, S.Karthikeyan, K.Anand, Venugopal, Ajay Kumar,Shobit Pandey, Ms.Mejlen Minj, Ms.Amrita Minj and Ms. P.Nandni of Sports Authority of India, Andaman Nicobar Islands for having performed well in the 40th National Rowing Championship conducted by the Rowing Association of Madhya Pradesh on behalf of the Rowing Federation of India at Bhopal from 11th to 15th October,2019. In the final competition held today, Shri Shobit Pandey won Bronze Medal in 1000 mtr.race Men Single Scull while Ms.Mejlin Minj and Ms.P.Nanni won 1000 mtrs.race in women pairs bringing credit to the Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
