Port Blair, Oct 16: A lady, Mrs. Khairoon Bibi, 40 years, w/o Shaddab Shiraj a resident of Sea Shore Road, Haddo, was found murdered in her house. According to sources she suffered multiple cut marks over her body.
The matter was reported to police by neighbors who saw the body first.
It is learnt that some neighbors reportedly saw an unknown person entering inside the house of the lady at day time. The unidentified person reportedly came in a moped, in which the number plate covered.
Police has registered a murder case in this regard and further investigations are on. Further details are awaited.
