Port Blair, May 02: Shri Udit Prakash Rai (IAS), Secretary (RD, PRIs & ULBs), A & N Admin. / Deputy Commissioner, South Andaman Districtunder Swachh Bharat Mission (G) laid the foundation stone on 29/04/2017 at 1030 Hours for Construction Work of “Community Toilet at Wright Myo (near fish market), in the presence of Shri Rajender Pal Block Development Officer, CD Block, Ferrargunj &Shri O. Bashir, Pradhan, Gram Panchayat Mannarghat along with large gathering of local pupils. Earlier a warm welcome was given by the villagers to the dignitary. During their speech the dignitary expresses his deep satisfaction over the upcoming project. The Pradhan expressed his sincere thanks to the Officers for sparing their valuable time from busy schedule for Gram Panchayat Mannarghat.
