Diglipur, Apr 18: A 20 year youth of Khudirampur village of Diglipur Island has been arrested today under POCSO Act for sexually exploiting a 14 years minor of Madhupur village.
According to sources, the accused had relationship with the minor. It is learnt that when the accused took the girl and entered his home the neighbours complaint the matter to the Diglipur Police Station.
On information the police officials reached the spot and arrested the accused after the medical examination of the victim. The accused will be produced before the court tomorrow.
