Port Blair, March 16: A five day’s workshop on “Science communication through cultural events” was inaugurated today by Dr. S. Dam Roy, Director, CIARI in presence of Dr. A.K. Prema, Vice President, SSM, Dr. Nagesh Ram, programme coordinator, KVK, Port Blair and Dr. Iqbal Ahmed, Principal, JNRM, Port Blair.
The workshop is being organised in coordination with Swadesi Science Movement ,Kerala in associations with Department of Science & Technology, New Delhi and CIARI, Port Blair. A group of 18 artists of Swadeshi Science Movement also participated in the programme.
