Port Blair, Mar 14: The Bharatiya Janta Party today requested the Chief Secretary to take suitable action to ensure uninterrupted power supply, especially for students of these Islands, during the exam season. In a letter addressed to the Chief Secretary of Andaman and Nicobar Administration, Mr. R Mohan, President of BJP’s State unit said that this is not the first time when these Islands are witnessing power cut during exam seasons.
Mr. Mohan in his letter also said that the Electricity Department must shoulder the responsibility if students get poor marks in exams.
