Veteran Journalist Mr. M. Abdul Salim, President of Press Club of Andaman & Nicobar Islands (PCANI) passed away today at 5.10 am at G.B. Pant Hospital after prolonged illness. He was 77. The funeral of the departed is expected to be held tomorrow 7th Nov. 2013 from his residence at Sristy Nagar, Port Blair.
The General Secretary and all members of the Press Club have deeply mourned the sad demise of Mr. Abdul Salim and pray to the Almighty to give eternal rest to the soul of the departed and courage to the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss.
