Port Blair, Nov 06: Based on the sighting of moon in these Islands, the A & N Hilal Committee has announced that, the “ Islamic New Year” 1435 Hijri, has started from 6th November 2013 and Yaum-e-Aashura that is the 10th day of Muharram will be observed on 14th & 15th November 2013. A communication from A & N Hilal Committee said.
