Sri Vijaya Puram, Mar 20: Based on the sighting of the moon in these Islands, the Andaman & Nicobar Hilal Committee in its meeting unanimously decided that “Eid-ul-Fitr” will be celebrated in these Islands on Saturday the 21st March, 2026.
The Hilal Committee has conveyed its good wishes on this auspicious occasion to all the people of these Islands. May this Eid strengthen world peace, prosperity, bonds of brotherhood and bring happiness amongst all the people.
