Sri Vijaya Puram, Mar 09: In exercise of power conferred under MV Act, 1988 (Act No.59 of 1988) read with Administration Notification No./2008/F.No.32-95/2008-TR dated 10th March, 2008, the District Magistrate, South Andaman hereby notify for the information of all concerned that due to unauthorized parking of vehicles at the Goalghar junction causes traffic congestion. To ensure smooth flow of vehicular traffic and reduce often traffic congestion in the area, the left side of the road leading from Carmel School Link Road near Marthoma Church to Goalghar Junction is declared a “No Parking Zone”.
General public is requested to utilize the nearby designated parking area located in front of and opposite Marthoma Church Shopping Complex, Goalghar.
