Sri Vijaya Puram, Feb 05: The Election Commission (UTs) for the Andaman & Nicobar Islands has announced that Bye-Elections will be held on 08.02.2026 (Sunday) to fill the casual vacancies of Gram Panchayat Member Constituencies, namely Madhupur-6 of Gram Panchayat Madhupur under Diglipur Tehsil, Bakultala-3 of Gram Panchayat Bakultala under Rangat Tehsil, Mannarghat-4 of Gram Panchayat Mannarghat, and Bambooflat-1 of Gram Panchayat Hope Town under Ferrargunj Tehsil, as well as the Zilla Parishad Member, Mayabunder, North & Middle Andaman, and the Ward Councillor of Ward No. 17, Sri Vijaya Puram Municipal Council.
The details of the designated Strong Rooms and Counting Centres for the safe custody and counting of election materials are hereby published for the information of all concerned.
