Port Blair, Feb 22: Raising voice against irregular helicopter services of Andaman and Nicobar Administration, the Bharatiya Janta Party today demanded uninterrupted daily sorties of helicopters from Port Blair and induction of more helicopters for better connectivity.
In a letter to the Lt. Governor, the State President of BJP, Mr. R Mohan today alleged that most of the time the flights are either cancelled at the last moment are the seats are given to VIPs and hence general public with valid tickets remain stranded at helipads.
