Sri Vijaya Puram, Sept.14:The Andaman & Nicobar Administration will be observing ‘Hindi Fortnight-2025’ from September 14 to 28, 2025 in its Offices and Educational Institutions.
To begin with, Hindi Essay Competitions for Tamil, Telugu & Bangla medium students studying in Class 6th to 8th and Class 9th to 10th of Headquarter area will be organized on 15.09.2025. Hindi Typing Competition for Employees of A & N Administration will be organized on 16.09.2025 at Hindi Typing Training Centre of Official Language Department, Secretariat.
Hindi Typing Competition will be organized for the Member institution of the Town Official Language Committee on 17.09.2025 at Hindi Typing Training Centre of Official Language Department, Secretariat. Hindi Writing Competitions for the Employees of Multi-Tasking Staff of A & N Administration will be organized on 18.09.2025 at Hindi Typing Training Centre of Official Language Department, Secretariat. Hindi Noting and Drafting Competitions for the Employees of A & N Administration and Town Official Language Committee will be organized on 19.09.2025 at Tagore Govt. College of Education, Sri Vijaya Puram.
Hindi Note Writing Competition for Gazetted Officers of A & N Administration will be organized on 22.09.2025 at Hindi Typing Training Centre of Official Language Department, Secretariat, Sri Vijaya Puram. Elocution Competition for the students studying in class 9th & 10th of Senior Secondary Schools of Headquarter area will be organized on 23.09.2025 at Hindi Typing Training Centre of Official Language Department, Secretariat, Sri Vijaya Puram. Elocution Competition for the students studying in class 11th &12th of Senior Secondary Schools of Headquarter area will be organized on 24.09.2025 at Hindi Typing Training Centre of Official Language Department, Secretariat, Sri Vijaya Puram.
Self-composed Poetry Recitation Competition for college students will be organized on 25.09.2025 at Hindi Typing Training Centre of Official Language Department, Secretariat, Sri Vijaya Puram.
On 26.09.2025 a Hindi Workshop for Nodal Officer (Official Language) and Dealing Staff (Hindi) of the various Offices of A & N Administration will be organized in the Conference Hall, Secretariat, wherein they will be informed about the Official Language Policy of Govt. of India and duties and responsibilities of Nodal Officer (Official Language).
The closing ceremony of Hindi Pakhapada-2025 will be organized in which the winners of various competitions will be honoured with certificates and cash amounts.
