Sri Vijaya Puram, July 02: The Haj Committee of India, Mumbai, is pleased to announce the commencement of Haj–2026, based on the preliminary arrangements made by the Ministry of Hajj & Umrah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, for the bonafide residents of the Andaman & Nicobar Islands intending to perform Haj during the year 2026.
The Haj Application Form will be made available on the official website of the Haj Committee of India https://www.hajcommittee.gov.in and through the Haj Suvidha App, likely by the second week of July 2025.
All individuals intending to perform Haj 2026 through the Haj Committee of India are advised to keep a fund of Rs.1.5 lakh ready for the first installment and to ensure the availability of a valid passport. The following passport-related guidelines must be strictly followed:
The passport must be machine-readable.
The passport must have been valid until 31st December 2026.
As per the initial requirements of the Nusuk Masar Portal for Haj–2026, applicants applying for fresh passports must ensure that the ‘Surname/Last Name’ field is duly filled and not left blank.
