Sri Vijaya Puram, Apr. 3: The Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Gol has launched a Scheme namely ‘National Overseas Scholarship’ for Educational Empowerment and Socio-Economic Development of students from Disadvantage Sections of the Society. This Schemes support low-income students belonging to Scheduled Caste, De-Notified Nomadic and Semi Nomadic Tribes, Landless Agricultural Labourers and Traditional Artisans Communities to pursue higher education in top 500 hundred QS World University ranking educational institutions abroad for Master or Ph. D. Degrees.
The candidates may submit their application in the NOS Portal (http://nosmsje.gov.in) on or before 27.04.2025. The eligible criteria and other details are available in the Scheme Portal.
