On the festive day of Eid-ul-Fitr, I extend wishes to the people of Andaman and Nicobar Islands, especially to our Muslim brothers and sisters who have followed the holy month of Ramzan with devotion, kindness and charity.
Eid-ul-Fitr is the culmination of the holy month of Ramzan, a period of fasting, prayer, and introspection.
It is a festival that reminds us of peace, unity, generosity, and kindness. It is also considered as a month of forgiving and seeking forgiveness.
Let us maintain the ethos of kindness and oneness, filling the air with love and compassion and make our society more harmonious and peaceful. Celebrate this festival with hope and tranquility, strengthening the social and cultural bonds that make our Islands unique.
Wish this Eid happiness, prosperity, and good health to all the homes. I pray to Allah to bestow his grace and blessings upon all the Islanders. Eid Mubarak!
