Sri Vijaya Puram, Mar 27: The Andaman Nicobar Chess Association (ANCA) will be organizing the State Under-07 Chess Championship cum Selection Trials on Sunday, April 6, 2025, at the ANCA Chess Centre, Dairy Farm. The championship will serve as the official selection event to select two boys and two girls who will represent the Andaman & Nicobar Islands in the 38th National Under-07 Chess Championship–2025, scheduled to be held in Odisha from June 4 to 8, 2025.
The players born on or after January 1, 2018, are eligible to participate in the championship. AICF registration for the year 2025-2026 is mandatory. Players who are yet to register with AICF may do so by using the following link: https://prs.aicf.in/new-register.
Interested chess players who wish to participate in the State Under-07 Chess Championship cum Selection Trials may submit their entries on or before 4th April 2025, at the office of the Andaman Nicobar Chess Association, Dairy Farm, between 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
