Sri Vijaya Puram, Mar 27: On 27th March, Smithi Charan, Executive Assistant, NIOS Cell, Shiksha Sadan, Link Road Golghar, With the great effort of my Regional Director Mr. Chanchal Kumar Singh, Kolkata had the opportunity to visit Tushnabad village, accompanied by Block Development Officer (BDO) Mrs. Lalita Tigga and Pradhan Mr. Anand Amrit Raj of Tushnabad Panchayat. Our mission was to promote the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) vision amongst learners, particularly those who remain unreached.
Through advocacy and promotional activities, we aimed to create awareness about the various programs offered by NIOS, designed to provide accessible education to all. The event was a significant step towards empowering the local community, especially those who face challenges in accessing traditional education.
