Sri Vijaya Puram, Feb 19: Through diligent efforts and professionalism in investigation, the team of Police Station Aberdeen has arrested one person for theft of Domestic LPG Cylinders from Babu Lane, Aberdeen Bazaar and booked two others for purchasing these Cylinders as customers.
On 11/02/2025, a burglary case was reported at PS Aberdeen by the house owner of Babu Lane, Sri Vijaya Puram regarding stealing of 02 Nos. Domestic Cylinders from his house. Upon this, a case under relevant section of law was registered against unknown person and investigation was entrusted to PSI Bharat of PS Aberdeen.
Immediately, a dedicated team comprising of PSI Bharat (IO), Head Constable Sunil Singh Yadav, Police Constables P. Mohammed Rafique, Surender Singh Yadav and K. Jagdish Babu was formed to locate the accused person. Due to their diligent efforts and professionalism, they identified one person Bishal Singh S/o Late Raj Kumar Singh R/o Near JNRM College, Sri Vijay Puram, who on examination confessed to the crime and as per his confessional statement, the stolen LPG Cylinders were recovered and two others namely Sarvanan S/o Karuppiha R/o Anarkali and Aman Dharewa S/o Kamal Dharewa R/o Shadipur were booked for purchasing the stolen articles. The accused was arrested and produced before Hon’ble Court from where he was remanded to Judicial Custody.
