Port Blair, Sept 15: The Zilla Parishad, South Andaman celebrated Engineer’s Day on 15th September 2023 to mark the Birth Anniversary of Bharat Ratna Sir Mokshagundam Visvesyarayya, as a tribute to one of the greatest Engineer’s of the country for his outstanding contribution to society. The celebration was attended by all Engineering staff of Zilla Parishad, South Andaman.
On this occasion, greeting card has been distributed to all technocrats by Shri. Sanjay Kumar Singh Adhyaksh, Zilla Parishad, South Andaman in presence of Shri Boominathan Up-Adhyaksh, Zilla Parishad, South Andaman and other Zilla Parishad, Members.
In his speech, during the ceremony the Adhyaksh/ZP/SA has applauded the efforts of engineering wing in timely execution and accomplishment of various developmental activities across these Islands despite several constraints and inadequate strength.
