Port Blair, Sep 22: A police Jawan posted at Narcondam Island’s Look Out Post wasevacuated by Andaman and Nicobar Command (ANC) on 21 September 2022. As per reports the Jawan had developed a leg infection.
Yesterday ICGS Rajkamal successfully evacuated the patient to Diglipur from Narcondum Island.
The medical team onboard administered the patient with basic first aid. On arrival at CHC Diglipur attended the patient immediately.Thereafter the patientwas evacuated to Port Blair for further specialized medical treatmentat GB Pant Hospital.
