Port Blair, Sept 22: Dr Nitin Shakya, Assistant Commissioner / SDM Campbell Bay as a surprise inspection visited some schools in morning hours. He interacted with teachers and asked about issues faced by them. Also he saw the progress of school children in various classes. He focused on promotion of ethical and moral teaching among students and motivated teachers for the arduous work being done. Some of the issues related with drainage etc. were highlighted to the PWD department.Such visits by higher officials keep a sense of discipline among the workers and promote good work culture.
