Port Blair, Jun 05: All India Legal Rights organization organized an event for the distribution of free saplings to the general public on the occasion of World Environment Day on 05th June 2022 at Junglighat Sunday Market place, Port Blair to create positive environmental action, encouraging awareness and commitment to protecting ourplanet and regions.
The programme commenced with presenting ornamental plant to the Chief Guest Mrs. KavithaUdhaya Kumar, Chairman, PBMC and Mr. N K Udhaya Kumar Foemer Chairman, PBMC presented the saplings to general public and visitors of Sunday market.
About 1000 saplings were distributed to the general public with the motive of protecting our blue skies. The event organized by Mr. S. Ayyangkalai Coordinator, with the support of Mr. K.Rajan, Green Revolution Secretary.
During this event Mr. N. Subramanian, President, Mr. Rakesh Pal Gobind Legal Advisor, Mr. A. Marudhu Pandian, Labour Wing Secretary, Mr. D.Tirupathi, Govt Employee wing Secretary, Mr. R.Venkatesan, Investigation wing Secretary, Mrs. K Shanti Women’s wing Secretary and all AILRO secretaries and members were present.
