Port Blair, Feb 28: As part of the Election Campaign for the upcoming Panchayat Election 2022 top leaders of the BJP have started touring Diglipur in the last couple of days.
Mr. Vishal Jolly, the former BJP State President and Chairman EMC BJP, A&N Islands visited Diglipur on 25th February 2022 and held several programmes.
He began his campaign for the upcoming Panchayat Election by visiting different villages along with contesting candidates and party workers under Diglipur Tehsil.
Mr. Jolly covered far-flung areas of Diglipur on 26th February 2022 and conducted a roadshow in Diglipur Bazaar before wrapping up his campaign in Diglipur.
He flagged off a few number auto-rickshaws engaged in the campaign for the party. Auto-rickshaws played the pre-recorded slogans and speeches started plying in and around Diglipur Bazaar.
Mr. Visha Jolly banked on the BJP led Central Government’s achievements with PM Modi’s innumerable projects to attract the voters.
Last week, Mr. BishnuPada Ray, Former MP, A&N Islands visited Diglipur. In his four-day tour, Mr. Ray had meetings with party workers, reached out to villages and conducted campaigns in various constituencies of Diglipur.
