Port Blair, Feb. 21: The vaccination drive is continuing smoothly in A&N Islands. As per data available, a total of 6,06,955 beneficiaries in the age group of 18 and above have been vaccinated so far in A&N Islands. Similarly, 23,160 beneficiaries have been vaccinated in the age group of 15 to 18. The number of beneficiaries administered precautionary dose of vaccine so far stood at 8403.
A total of 356 eligible beneficiaries were vaccinated in A&N Islands today.267beneficiaries were vaccinated in South Andaman District, out of which, 5 beneficiaries were in the age group of 15-18 years, 11 beneficiaries were in the age group of 18-44years and the number of beneficiaries administered precautionary dose of vaccine stood at 31.
68 beneficiaries were vaccinated in North & Middle Andaman District, out of which, 5 beneficiaries were in the age group of 15-18, 2 beneficiaries were in the age group of 18-44 years and the number of beneficiaries administered precautionary dose of vaccine stood at 20. 21 beneficiaries were administered precautionary dose of vaccine in Nicobar District.
