Port Blair, Jun 18: Ms. Arulmathi.S assumed charge of Joint Controller of Communication Accounts, Andaman and Nicobar Circle, Department of Telecom, Port Blair today. She would be heading the Telecom Accounts Circle of Andaman and Nicobar, Ministry of Communication, Government of India. Ms Arulmathi.S is an Indian Post & Telecommunication Accounts and Finance Service Officer of 2009 Batch, a PIB Port Blair release said.
