Port Blair, Mar 02: Mr. Kuldeep Rai Sharma, President, Pradesh Congress Committee, A & N Islands and all leaders of congress party have deeply mourned the sad and untimely demise of Mr. Chamberlain Paul, Vice Chief Captain of Tribal Council, Nicobar, aged 78 year old on 2nd of March 2017 at Port Blair and prayed to the Almighty for the eternal peace of the departed soul and to give strength to his bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss.
