Sri Vijaya Puram, Mar 23: As part of month-long celebration of ‘World Homoeopathy Day’- 2025 to commemorate the 270th Birth anniversary of Dr. Samuel Hahnemann, the AYUSH Wing of Directorate of Health Services, A & N Administration conducted Homoeopathy Health Camps at AYUSH Gram, Wandoor on March 19. Two separate teams of Doctors and staff led by Dr. Supria Arangi and Dr. Rajeev Ghosh rendered their services at two different venues simultaneously. The Camp offered comprehensive health care services which included awareness talk, health screening, blood examination, Doctors consultation and dispensing of Homoeo medicines.
Dr. Smita Lal, MO (H) Chouldari, Dr. Reena Saha, CHO AAM- New Bimblitan and Dr. Kirtika Chander, MO (H) AYUSH Hospital along with the Pharmacists and Lab technicians have rendered their services at Community Hall, Wandoor Jetty. Dr. Santanu Ghosh, MO (H) DH-Garacharma and Dr. Harmeet Kaur, CHO AAM- Guptapara attended the patients at Hasmatabad Community Hall. Hand layouts were also distributed to the villagers for awareness.
Earlier, the programmes were inaugurated by Mr. Adhir Das, Pradhan Gram Panchayat Wandoor in the presence of Mr. Uttam Roy, Up-Pradhan and Mrs. Radha, Member, Gram Panchayat. The PRIs appreciated the services rendered to the community by AYUSH. A total of about 94 villagers benefitted from the camps.
