Port Blair, Oct 05: The Andaman and Nicobar Command (ANC) will celebrate its raising day on 08 October 2012. The Programme will start with the ceremonial Parade at Naval Wharf at 7.45 am. The Commander in Chief will address the forces soon after the parade.
