Shortly construction works for NH4 will expedite; All procedures for forest clearance completed; DC North and Middle

Mayabunder, November 01: The misery of traveling in the bad roads of National Highway 04 in Middle Andaman region, may soon come to an end for commuters as the District Commissioner North and Middle Andaman, Dr. Angel Bhati Chahuhan has informed Islanders that shortly the construction work of the battered stretches of the ATR in N & M Andaman will expedite.

Talking to Andaman Sheekha over the phone, Dr. Chauhan said that all the procedures related to the forest clearances have been completed and the result of which will be seen on the ground very soon.

Last Thursday the Deputy Commissioner had a discussion with the NH4 contractors and because the rain is no more, they have been instructed to start the repair work in those areas first, where the condition of the roads is pathetic, Dr. Chauhan informed.
