Port Blair, Dec 17: The Lt. Governor of Andaman and Nicobar Islands has expressed displeasure over some picture of Garbage Dump at Havelock Island In a twitter message the Lt. Governor today said that he was perturbed to see pics of garbage pile up in Havelock. “Have directed for a team to visit and put in place an institutionalized response,” he added.
