Apropos your news item “Car Nicobar to be thrown opened for tourists” On one hand the Administration is facing uphill task (court cases and international pressure) allowing tourists through the Jarawa reserve (ATR from Jirkatang to Middle Strait) on the other hand Administration is gearing up for another blunder; allowing tourists to Car Nicobar a restricted tribal area. It seems the Administration has gone intellectually bankrupt? Nicobars, BEWARE, now its your turn.
