Port Blair, March 27: The Member of Parliament, Mr. Bishnu Pada Ray today said that he is with the Prime Minister, Mr. Narendra Modi and assured full support for the present Candidate for 2019 LS Elections, Mr. Vishal Jolly. He said that he will start campaigning for Mr. Vishal Jolly from tomorrow.
Addressing a press conference at BJP Bhawan this afternoon Mr.Ray expressed his sincere gratitude to the Prime Minister, Mr. Narendra Modi who has extended his unflinching support and cooperation for development of Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
According to Mr. Ray, Mr. Narendra Modi took every possible effort to develop these Islands in the last four years.
Mr. Ray handed over a booklet containing details about works done by him in the benefits of Island and islanders in the last five years.
Targeting on Congress Party he asked people to stay alert. “This is the same party which sold Viper Island in Rs. 1,” he alleged. “I respect Modi ji’s decision and I am ready to give full support to Mr. Vishal Jolly the current MP candidate,” he added.
