CBSE Paper leak case: quantum of sentence reduced

Port Blair, Sept 19: In the much hyped case of CBSE question paper leak, the High Court today reduced the quantum of sentence of all four appellants to the imprisonment already undergone by each one of the said appellants without, however, making any change in the sentence of fine including the default clause.
Meanwhile, the High Court has dismissed the government appeal filed by the state against Mr. M P Arun. “The bail bond executed by M.P. Arun in terms of the earlier order passed by this Court stands discharged accordingly,” the court said.
