Port Blair, Apr 22: In MGGC today a Farewell Party was Conducted by the Department of Historical Studies, for the Departing students (B.A. Final year), Several Cultural event was performed by the students of B. A. II yr and I yr students of Historical Studies on the occasion.
Dr. A.K.Panday, H.O.D. and Dr. P.K.Mandal categorically explain the various outstanding noble attitudes of the final years students and how they maintained the glory of the department. They urged the younger students to follow the seniors.
Dr. R.N.Rath blessed the students and praised out-going students for their calm and quite attitude and well approach in all field during their three years of studies in the college. Dr. R.N.Rath also gave away the Award Mr. History and Miss History to Mr. Ishaqe Ali and Miss Anima Das (Final Year) Chosen by Junior students . Besides this Dr. R. N. Rath gave away the Teachers choice “Best Student” award to Mr. Shekh Sadakat Hussain.
