This institution was established under the blessings of Hindu religious leaders, and saints and under the guidance of world-famous philosophers and thinkers. After achieving independence, the Hindu society felt that it should fulfill its basic responsibility of world welfare by establishing India as a Hindu nation. Keeping this objective in mind, under the chairmanship of revered Swami Chinmayanand , the founder of Chinmaya Mission, the second Sarsanghchalak of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, Madhav Sadashivrao Golwalkar (Guruji), S. S. Apte, Master Tara Singh, Siromani Akali Dal President Giani Bhupendra Singh, the then General Secretary of Hindu Mahasabha V.G.
