Port Blair, Jan. 10: The Chief Secretary, A & N Administration, Shri Keshav Chandra, IAS launched the ANI eSeva Portal and AN Seva 311 Mobile App in a simple function held today in the presence of Commissioner-cum-Secretary (IT), Secretary (IT), Secretary (GA), Special Secretary (IT) and other officials of Department of IT and SOVTECH.
In order to facilitate the citizens to access all eServices offered by Andaman & Nicobar Administration in a single window, Department of IT with the assistance of SOVTECH has developed ANI e-Seva Portal (www.anieseva.andaman.gov.in). The portal is intended to act as a single window interface for all the services offered by various Government Departments, institutions and organizations. Services offered by various Government Departments are now served by various applications and software and this portal brings together all those applications under a common umbrella. Individual web applications can be accessed from this portal for availing the particular services offered by them.
Further, to facilitate the citizens to submit their grievances, the Department of IT with the assistance of SOVTECH developed Mobile App AN Seva 311. The Mobile App will enable citizens to submit their grievances with minimum information and has the facility to upload the photos, videos along with the grievances. The citizens can upload their grievances both in offline and online mode. Citizens can download the mobile app from State Portal (https://andaman.gov.in).
