Port Blair, Dec 30: A mock drill on Earthquake & Fire was conducted at Govt. Model Sr. Sec. School, Mayabunder, today on 29th December 2012 in the presence of Principal, Teachers & Students as a part of the National School Safety Programme (NSSP). The Principal Dr. Anurag Yadav welcomed the fire officials and the Co-ordinator Disaster Management of the School Explained the alter-ness & preparedness in the event of any calamity.
The fire officer, Mayabunder Mr. Arun Chandra Paul with other fire personnel’s demonstrated various types of fire and handling about various types of fire with the help of fire extinguishers.
