Port Blair, Dec 21: Annual athletic meet was held today at VKZPV Diglipur. The meet was inaugurated by Chief Guest Mr. Bishan Das, SHO Fire Station Diglipur. He said that all round development of the student is the aim of Education. And Sports activities play important role in this direction.
Chief guest of closing ceremony was Mr. Anil Mondal, Zilla Parishad Member. Mr. P R Singara, Pradhan of Subhash Gram was also present during the occasion. The Headmaster of the School, Mr. Mani Mohan Hira spoke about the various activities conducted so far in the current session.
On the occasion of the inaugural ceremony, tiny tots of School presented a colourful cultural programme which was followed by an impressive March Past, lauded by one and all.
